Oh dear. I've had glasses since I was 5 and a bit. I've got these fit black framed ones now. Do you how weak your eyes actually are? I think at the minute I'm a -9 in my right eye and a -8.5 in the left. In simple terms that's nearly as weak as they can go.

Aything more than a foot infront of me is a complete blur. Seeing as I've had my specs for ages now, they're pretty much an extension of my body now. If there is such a thing lol.

Oh, and don't ever consider laser surgery. It's a cosmetic procedure meaning it's not permanent and the worse your eyes are the less chance there of it being completely successful.

You'll get used to them soon hopefully. Or throw them off and put them in the blender :P

Hmm, yours are probably about the same or a bit worse than mine then. It's funny when my friends ask to try my glasses on though as they walk about as if everythings just got 5 times bigger/smaller.

They say that when they go cross eyed they can actually see with them lol. If I fall asleep with them I get one mother of a headache though which isn't fun. The force is strong in them :P
